FAQ

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept various credit and debit cards, Apple pay & Google pay. In person. more options are available.

WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS?

Orders take 3 to 5 business days to ship. Please keep in mind that a business day is Monday–Friday. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. From there, the shipping service tracking number will provide you with estimated delivery information.

HOW WILL ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Items will be packaged in either a bag or deli container. The factors that determine which packaging is best include size and delicateness.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address provided. We do offer free shipping on orders $50 dollar and over. The $50-dollar threshold must be met before tax and/or shipping fees. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. Due to some items needing 16 hours to create, shipping can take up to 3 days. If the items are in stock, shipping will be much faster. We will do our best to have your order dropped off at the carrier the same or the next day. 
We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order is created. Please review the shipping address before placing an order to ensure its accuracy.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Currently, there are only three ways you can pick up your order. You can choose the Pinnacle Peak Market or the HelloHandmadeMarket. The dates, times, and locations of these markets are posted under the schedule section. The third way you can pick up your order is to schedule a meeting date with us within a 10-mile radius of 85383. The meeting place and time will only be considered if it does not interfere with our regular non-Killer Sweets AZ work schedules. 
Due to some items requiring up to 16 hours to create, the order would need to be placed at least 72 hours in advance. If we have the item(s) in stock, those orders will be filled accordingly with previously made candy.
If the order is set to be picked up at a market or meet-up and you are unable to pick it up, we can ship the item to you at an additional cost. Payment for this shipping will be required before the shipping label is created. We will not be able to offer refunds on orders that contain items we do not have currently in our market booth.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS?

Refunds or reships are addressed on a case-by-case basis. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you would like us to report an issue, please email us at killersweetsaz@gmail.com. Order cancellations can be made after payment, but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please email killersweetsaz@gmail.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

Each item description includes multiple item disclaimers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item description declaimers are reviewed, and by placing an order that includes a fragile item, they are agreeing to those terms. We make every effort to pack and ship items with care. How do we do that? We overstuff our fragile item containers as much as possible, and we package our boxes with lots of paper. Both of these actions are done to prevent movement inside the container and/or box. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for its condition. It is unfortunate that packages are not always handled with care, so please keep this in mind when ordering. 
We have included a Fragile Item disclaimer in the product description for those items that may become damaged while packing or shipping. Below is the Fragile Item disclaimer. 
Fragile Item Disclaimer:
Once freeze-dried, this product becomes fragile.
Shipping may cause damage to fragile items, and in some cases, the candy will turn to dust or break. Order with caution and at your own risk. Refunds will not be granted for shipped fragile items. We will do our best to pack with care to prevent damage. 
In the event your fragile item has turned to dust, grab your favorite lollipop to dip into the dust, use the dust to line the rim of your favorite beverage, or sprinkle on top of your favorite dessert.

DO YOU HAVE CHOCOLATE OR SEASONAL ITEMS?

Yes. Yes. However, due to the AZ heat, we are unable to offer our full list of products year-round. During the months of November to the end of March, we typically offer heat-sensitive items. Some items do have a disclaimer that notifies the customer about the potential for melting or heat-related issues. Please review the product descriptions for those items that are identified as such.

CAN I REQUEST CANDY THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IN YOUR INVENTORY?

If there is a product that we do not currently carry in our inventory, please send us an email. Include the name of the candy. Keep in mind that not all candies freeze-dry or freeze-dry well or that some candy will only be available in the cooler months.

DO YOU HAVE DYE-FREE CANDY?

Yes. All Dye-Free candy have a Dye-Free ribbon, or you can search for Dye-Free candy in the categories section.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE CANDY?

Yes. However, we are a kitchen that processes gluten. It is up to the individual to use their discretion when ordering with a gluten allergy or sensitivity.

WHY DO USE YOU USE DIFFERENT NAMES FOR YOUR CANDIES?

Due to trademarked names, we are unable to use the common candy name. Because of the trademark liability we have to rename our candies. If you ever have any questions regarding what the brand name is, send us an email and we will be happy to tell you.

CAN I HIRE KILLER SWEETS AZ FOR AN EVENT?

Yes! We do offer event packages. Events include birthdays, weddings, graduations, and baby showers, just to name a few. Please email killersweetsaz@gmail.com for more information.

DO YOU OFFER PARTY FAVORS?

Yes. We have specific products that are labeled party favors. Each party favor bag includes a 3.1 in x 4.7 in bag, each bag will be filled with freeze-dried candy that are considered more stable and suitable for this type of event. The amount of finished candy in the bag will vary due to the variations in the size and weight of each individual candy piece after freeze-drying. We are unable to offer any fragile item party favors due to the risk of damage. The 1.5 in round sticker that is placed on the front of the bag is customizable, however, the number of characters is limited. If you choose a custom sticker, a proof will be sent and must be approved.

DO YOU WHOLESALE YOUR ITEMS?

At this time, we do not wholesale our products.

CAN I BUY THE CANDY AND HAVE YOU FREEZE-DRY IT FOR ME?

We do not currently offer this service.

DO YOU OFFER LARGER SIZES OR LARGER QUANTITIES?

At this time, we do not offer additional size options other than what is currently available to order on the website.

DOES THE KITCHEN PROCESS COMMON ALLERGENS?

Yes. The Killer Sweets AZ kitchen does process common allergens, and this should be considered when ordering.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping due to fragile items needing to be packaged to prevent breakage.
